Birthday food

Crispy Duck rolls with rice pancakes and home-made hoisin sauce.

Smoked salmon sushi, with sesame seeds, spring onion, cucumber, and roasted yellow pepper.  Served with Wasabi and GF soy sauce.

Birthday Cake - honey sponge cake, covered in ready-roll icing

This makes a nice moist cake, although you could make it without the honey.  Make sure it is cool before taking out of the cake mould.

100g rice flour
50g cornflour
150g sugar
2 eggs
1 heaped tsp GF baking powder
1 tsp glycerine
2 tbsp honey
230g vegan margarine
