The best sweet and sour sauce

Easy, delicious sweet and sour sauce recipe below.  Cook any meat first, then add chunky veg (inc onions) and chopped pineapple and cook until kind of aldente.  Then add the sauce and heat through until it thickens (2-5 mins).

5 tbsps GF soy sauce
8 tbsps (1/4 cup) rice vinegar
8 tbsps (1/4 cup) water
20 tbsps (1/2 cup) sugar (I know! but it is a treat recipe - makes you think about all the calories in takeaways huh!?)
3 tbsps potato starch (magic sauce thickener!  Buy it in chinese supermarkets)
